How does the charitable tax receipt work?
Your $150 membership includes $50 worth of tangible benefits. The remaining $100 qualifies as a charitable donation and a tax receipt will be issued for that amount. Any additional contribution above $150 is fully tax-deductible.
What is Foo Hung Curios?
Foo Hung Curios (FHC) is the Chinatown Storytelling Centre's retail shop, featuring curated goods, gifts, and community-made items. Members receive 15% off all purchases plus access to exclusive retail offers throughout the year. All proceeds support the Chinatown Storytelling Centre.
Can I give more than $150?
Absolutely. Any additional amount above $150 is fully eligible for a charitable tax receipt and will be emailed to you after your purchase.
